U.S. club presidents and treasurers: submit your IRS forms by 15 November

Sunday, 15 November is the deadline for U.S. Rotary club presidents and treasurers so submit their IRS forms.
U.S. federal law requires districts and clubs in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands to file an annual information return on or before 15 November. Clubs or districts with gross receipts of $25,000 or less are required to file Form 990-N.
For details on this annual requirement, see the IRS bulletin for USA clubs. Failure to comply with the IRS regulations will jeopardize the tax exempt status of the club or district in question.
